This guard patrol system adopt RFID technology, equip check point at Ladder mouth, underground parking, important area outdoor. And adjust as property management in actual application , this system allow 100pcs check point in total .
Equip 4pcs guard tour wands at fire control center for security guard use , and equip computer (can be shared same computer with your Access control system ,time attendance system , alarm system ) and software .
1.2 Demand analysis
According to the hotel project operation and security system features , On the basis of strengthening technical prevention, electronic patrol points are designed in indoor public areas and outdoor areas. By setting up the electronic patrol system, security personnel are strengthened to conduct security inspection on all areas at fixed time and fixed routes, and the combination of human defense techniques and prevention is achieved.

1.3.1 Check point layout
Fix check point at every patrol site , like Lobby, reception, restaurant kitchen elevator , stairway faces the wall , SPA reception desk, Distribution box in receiving area , Shift dorm access , smoking room , East door of laundry and other place where patrol required (based on actual patrolling request for your hotel)
1.4 System operation
Fix check point at walking rounds Register card name into software make schedule (only need to enter start time and working hours , software will list schedule shift automatically) start patrol (guard carry patrol reader and work around the patrol site and once arrive to patrol site , use patrol device to scan check point within 1-3cm, device will store scanning time and location automatically ) . Once patrol finished , connect device with computer via USB cable to download data and query report .
