1.Intercom mounting height is not suitable
Most intercom mounting are based 1.5m distance from ground , but because different mounting distance for different supplier , all should be based on actual height. For some room there are stairs , which cause visiting guest standing place are not the door frame height, so installation height should refer to site scene .
Intercom are not waterproof , if install on the outer wall , after long time working at sunny , rainy days , device performance and stability will be effected.
Solution :
1. Install intercom on the door to avoid it be exposure to external walls
2.If must install on the external wall, suggest to cover a protection cover to protect intercom away from sunny and rainy weather .
2. Exposure of household privacy in video surveillance systems
The monitoring of the community is easy to see the home of the household, the privacy of the owner will be exposed unconsciously, if there is video transmission of unwarranted transfer, it will cause great harm to the owner, and may even cause a lawsuit.
Solution :
1. Install camera at right direction . Should main installed at center square and other public area
2. Should avoid camera directing to living room

2. Check point should be installed in place where easily touched , like roadside, doorway
3. Assign execution schedule in every hour and specify employee.
