Checkpoint is an indispensable accessory for guard tour verification. The main purpose is to be placed on the main route of the security patrol inspection. The security guard patrols all the patrol points on the patrol route according to the designated route through the patrol stick/wand to achieve an attendance. Use non-touch rfid ID tags, can be used reliably under harsh conditions such as rain, snow, ice, dust, etc. While ensuring the card-swiping distance, it reduces the power consumption also, can last around 20 years. It is waterproof and shockproof. Can be installed anywhere, not affected by the environment(if installed in metal surface or metal surrounded, suggest to use the Metal-resistant type tag). It’s a passive RFID tag, no power supply, easy installation with screws or structural adhesive.
1. Check point design layout
Design the layout of the check point according to the length of the patrol route: for example, one per line of sight, or one per 100 meters, important or complex locations must be placed with check point, according to actual situation, check point can be increased or decreased at any time in the future .
2.Installation of check point
Determine the installation location of check point, open the top cover, drill 2-4 pcs 6mm holes in the wall and knock in the wall plug. Use 2 or more screws to fix the bottom cover. Cover up the top cover and record the location name each checkpoint installed (all check point should be matched with your setting in software).
3. Configuration of patrol stick/Wand : Usually each patrol route be patrolled in 3 shift. Allocate one wand to every shift.
Software setup : Register the checkpoint to software as the 8 digit ID number (each checkpoint is with global checkpoint ) and describe the name of them(don’t mix the name and order, or will cause report error and you can’t find the correct patrol result) .
4.Download data and get report
During usage of guard checkpoint system, it is best to specify a certain period to download data, by week , or month . And arrange specified supervisor to collect and analyse report to submit for meeting chat or audit
